AMRAP in 8 minutes:
21 Double Unders
7 Ring Dips
Post Snatch Loads and Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, work from the 1st position (hip crease) and perform snatches receiving the bar in a full overhead squat.
For the conditioning workout, sub parallette jumps if you can’t do consistent double unders.
