For the skill segment, play on the Rings.  Practice ball ups, inversions, levers and skin the cats.  Don’t do anything beyond your capability unless you have a good spotter standing by.

For the conditioning workout, see video below on Ball Slams.  Don’t worry about the load on these today…just give them a try.
