warmup with increasing loads in sets of 2 – 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 75%4-4-4 @ 80% 1RM

1 Minute Max Double Unders
AMRAP in 5 minutes:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
