CFD Challenge

28-Day Summer Fitness Challenge

You do not need to be in good shape to participate. This program is designed for beginners, intermediate, and even advanced athletes!
  • Be willing to come to our facility at least 3 days per week. You choose the days and times you attend!
  • Be willing to take before and after photos to document our program’s success. (Don’t freak out about this!)
  • MEN, WOMEN, and TEENS are welcome!
  • Must commit to the entire 28 days. The first few days can be tough. We want people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work.
  • Have the discipline to implement our nutrition recommendations. This is critical. We have a program that is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!
  • Be committed to making a change. This will not work if we want to see you reach your goals more than you do!
  • Enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at our gym is infectious. When it’s positive energy, there’s nothing better. But negative energy spreads too.
  • Leave your ego at home. Hard work is respected here. It is a humbling experience that we’ve all been through.

We have personally seen how our style of training has dramatically changed the lives of those who commit to the process. The challenge was created to introduce our training to those we know would benefit from it, but may be too intimidated to come in and try it on their own.

We are trying to find the right people who will work hard, finish the program, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible through our training.
