For the strength segment, you will do five sets of weighted dips carrying as much weight as possible. Use weight vests, weight belts, or a dumbbell between your feet to add load. Ensure all dips are full ROM….elbow above the shoulder at the bottom and elbow locked out with shoulders back at the top.
ENDURANCE WOD tonight at 6pm!
Run: 3 Rounds
200m + 400m+ 600m
Row: 3 Rounds
250m +500m+ 750m
Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set. EX. 200m run in 35 sec. rest 35 sec then 400m run, rest 400m time, run 600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.
