For the skill segment, Coach Paul will take you through a series of drills to improve your Double Unders.  Singles, doubles, single legs, forwards, backwards, tabatas.  Practice makes perfect!

For the conditioning workout,  today is part of CrossFit’s Hope For Kenya event.  Scale movements as necessary.
