Overhead Squat
5-5-5-3-3-3
–Rest–
2 Rounds For Time:
50 DB Push Press (40/25)
15 Box Jumps (30/24)
Immediately perform 5 Burpees every time you put the DBs down below your shoulders. 

Post Overhead Squat Loads and Workout Time w/# of Burpees to Comments
For the strength segment, work up to the heaviest set of 3 Overhead Squats for the day.  Take the bar from the rack and make sure you squat below parallel.

For the conditioning workout, you must do 5 Burpees if you set the DBs down below your shoulders.  You can rest them at your shoulders, as long as your hands stay on the handles.  For the Box Jumps, use the highest box height you can safely jump onto multiple times (this may be higher than 30/24).
