10 Ring Dips
Post Deadlift Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of 3 rep Deadlifts. Lower all reps back to the floor.
For the conditioning workout, scale push presses as necessary and make sure they are push press, not jerks. Perform Bar Dips if you don’t have Ring Dips.

Framing of the open wall and painting of the new space should be completed this week. We’ve gotten several new pieces of equipment in already and lots more on the way, including the new pullup structure which will hopefully arrive later this week.
