2 Rounds of 28 Reps Each For Time:
Kettlebell Snatch – any arm (52/35)
Toes to Bar
Inverted Ring Rows (Feet up on a box so body is parallel to the floor)
Elevated Pushups (30/24)
Post Overhead Squat Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform Overhead Squats increasing weight each set up to the heaviest set of three you can do.
This Metcon if for Katie P’s 28th Birthday! For the Elevated Pushups, place your feet up on the box height listed and use parallettes.
ENDURANCE WORKOUT tonight at 6pm with Coach Erin!
Beginning this week we will be adding TWO Endurance Workouts to the schedule! Wednesday mornings at 6:15am and Saturday mornings at 9:00am!
