Take 20 minutes to establish max height box jump
On the minute for 10 minutes:
3 Box Jumps (80% of 1RM height)
Rest 3 minutes
Post Max Box Jump Height and Time for each 400m Split o Comments
For the strength segment, work up to the highest Box Jump you can get for the day. Do them flat footed or with a “step in”, but keep consistent.
The conditioning workout has two parts. First, take approx 80% of your best jump from earlier and do 3 flat footed jumps on the minute for 10 minutes. Then, 3 400m sprints with 3 minutes rest in between efforts.
