Back Squat

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
15 Box Jumps – (24/20)
20 Burpees

Post Back Squat Loads and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, perform sets with increasing load Back Squats working up to the heaviest 3 rep load for the day.

For the conditioning workout, DO NOT rebound on the bottom of the Box Jumps.  Jump onto the box and then step back off. 

ENDURANCE WORKOUT tonight at 6pm!
