Snatch Pulls
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
–Rest–
On the minute for 12 minutes:
For odd minutes, do 4 power snatches as heavy as possible. For even minutes, row for distance.
Your score is weight used and total meters rowed.

Post Snatch Pull Loads and Workout Reps to Comments
For the strength segment, perform single rep Snatch Pulls (see video below) from either the floor or one of the hang positions, depending on your current skill level.

For the conditioning workout, go as heavy as possible.  If you finish the 4 snatches in 30 seconds you’re going to light!  For every round of Snatches that you don’t finish, complete 5 burpees when the workout is over.
