5 reps @ 55% 1RM
5 reps @ 65% 1RM
5 reps @ 70% 1RM
5 reps @ 80% 1RM
5 reps @ 85% 1RM

10 Overhead Squats
50 Double Unders

Post Loads and Time to Comments
This WOD should be completed in under 10 minutes.  Use a load of 40-50% 1RM for the OHS to ensure proper movement execution and to maximize power output and intensity.  Substitute parallette jumps if you can’t do Double Unders.  to maximize power output and maximize intensity for the WOD.
