50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders
20-15-10-5 Overhead Squats (115/75)

For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of 5 rep Deadlifts.  Lower all reps back to the floor.  Make sure to watch the video below.

For the conditioning workout, take the bar from the floor for the OHS and scale as necessary to ensure proper movement execution.  Note that the workout begins and ends with Double Unders.

ENDURANCE WORKOUT tonight at 6pm with Coach Paul!
Mobility focus on hamstrings and quads

Drill focus on jumping rope while running
7 to 10 reps of the following:
100m run uphill; 30 sec rest between intervals
Rest 2 min
7 to 10 reps of the following:
100m run downhill; 30 sec rest between intervals
Talk about how much it must suck to do 95 burpees
