Ring Pushups
5 sets of Max Reps

3 Rounds For Time:
8 Power Snatch (115/75)
7 Muscle Ups
Run 400m

Post Pushup Totals and Workout Time to Comments
For the skill segment, warmup your shoulders and a variety of ring stability movements.  Then perform 5 sets of max rep ring pushups with 3-4 minutes rest between sets.

For the conditioning workout, sub jumping or banded MUs as needed.  Power Snatches start from the ground and are received in a partial overhead squat.
