AMRAP in 20 minutes:
7 Power Clean (135/95)
Post Overhead Squat Loads and Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 1 pushup then rest, 2 pushups then rest, 3 pushups then rest, etc all the way up to a set of 10 reps and then back down to a single one.
For the Metcon, scale the Power Clean load to ensure proper movement execution and allow you to complete several reps at a time throughout the 20 minutes.
