AMRAP in 8 minutes:
8 Turning Box Jumps (20”) (4 left, 4 right)
24 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
Post Push Press Loads and Workout Rounds Completed to Comments
For the strength segment, after warming up perform 5 sets of 2 rep Push Presses (not Jerks) at 85% 1RM. These should be heavy. Make sure you take good rest between these work sets (3-5 minutes). If you happen to get a PR, make sure you post it on the PR Board!
For the conditioning workout, take care on the box jumps…these are a bit tricky for your brain to get a hang of. For the OH Walking Lunges, you are taking a total of 24 steps each round, not each leg.
For the finisher, use a red or blue band attached to the top of the pullup rig. Perform a total of 100 face pulls. Keep your elbows high and outside and pull the band towards your forehead.
