Post Front Squat Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength workout, work up to the heaviest set of three Front Squats for the day.  Make sure all reps are squatted below parallel.

For the conditioning workout, there are several options if you’d like to scale up!  Do full cleans instead of power cleans, hand release, ring pushups, or ring dips for the pushups and deadhang pullups in place of kipping.  Any of these subs will be considered RX+.
