Post Pullup Reps and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 3 sets of max rep Deadhang Pullups. If you have fewer than 5 full ROM deadhangs use a band for assistance, but don’t kip.
For the conditioning workout, power through with as little rest as possible. Scale up to hand release pushups.
The wall is down! It should be framed out and finished this weekend. Painting of the new space should be taking place early next week. New equipment will be arriving in bits and pieces. Thanks for your patience as we get everything done over the next couple of weeks!
