Clean and Jerk 1RM
Post Total for Each Lift to Comments
After a thorough warmup, establish a 1RM for both the Snatch and then Clean and Jerk. Work to your capability skill wise. If you are not comfortable taking the bar from the floor, it is ok to work from a hang position. Add your highest attempt for each lift together for your Olympic Total. Make sure to write all PRs on the Monthly PR Board and RING THAT COWBELL!
