In teams of two and alternating each movement, AMRAP in 20 minutes:
20 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
Post Back Squat Load and Metcon Time to Comments
For the conditioning workout, you can press, push press, jerk, or split jerk the “shoulder to overhead” movements, but the bar must be taken from the floor. Partners should alternated each movement for the entire 20 minutes. Scale load and pullups as necessary.
ENDURANCE WORKOUT this morning at 9am with Coach Paul!
