5 strict reps on the minute for 10 minutes (scale up as necessary)
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
5 Deadlifts (225/155)

For the skill segment, perform scale KTE up or down as your capacity will allow, but keep all reps as strict as possible.
For the conditioning workout, scale deadlift load as necessary. All reps should be lowered to the floor.
