Post Snatch Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, take 20 minutes or so to establish a 1RM Snatch for the day. Use the starting position (hip, knee, floor) that is most comfortable for you and your current skill level.
For the conditioning workout, the Man Makers will look like this. There is a pushup before each row and note how he keeps his midline stable on the rows — no twisting. Scale pullups as necessary, but no kipping. Today’s workout comes courtesy of Coach Bea!
