For the workout, sub parallette jumps for DU’s and scale pullups as necessary. Scale up to GHD situps, but only if you’re accustomed to the volume (120 reps).

Painting in the new room is just about finished…still need to add a wall ball stripe and do some touch up. We still need to extend the wall ball stripe in the current space and paint the remaining section of the big wall i(except for the logo) Demo on the wall up by the garage door should take place on Monday, which will make room for our new “check in” area. The new pullup rig is on the way and we’ll start moving the platforms to the new space over the next couple of days. Thanks for your patience as we get everything done over the next couple of weeks!
