For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of 5 rep Deadlifts. Lower all reps back to the floor. Make sure to watch the video below.
For the conditioning workout, take the bar from the floor for the OHS and scale as necessary to ensure proper movement execution. Note that the workout begins and ends with Double Unders.
