Alternate arms and do reps for 10 minutes

For the strength segment, your goal is to perform Turkish Get Ups with a KB or DB at a steady pace for 10 minutes. This is NOT for max reps. Take your time and perform good, solid reps.
This is a CrossFit Benchmark WOD. Scale your pullups and pushups as necessary. Pullups should be chin over bar, pushups chest to the floor, and air squats below parallel.
